OUR RETURNS POLICY
You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your ordered goods. We cannot accept packages after the 14 days period. If Goods are ordered via our pre-order system, the 14-day refund and exchange policy will not commence until goods are received.
Please note that all returned goods must be unworn, unused, warning tags intact and swing tags intact, goods must be in their original packaging. we are not liable for any costs associated with returning your garments to us. we recommend you use a traceable form of postage and we will not process any returns until we have received the package. if the parcel is lost or misplaced in transit to us this is not our responsibility. we advise that you keep all postage receipts encase you have to trace your parcel.
Please pack your goods carefully, in the original box and packaging.
Email email@example.com to let us know you are returning the goods and we will email you our returns form. Please quote your order number in your email. Please let us know the reason for returning the item.
We shall reimburse you within 7 days from the day we receive the returned item(s).
On inspection of the goods, if we find that you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, you will be liable for the value of the goods.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE? * Items marks as final sale cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, no exceptions. Please ensure you read the description before placing your order for a sale item. * Items that have been worn by the consumer resulting in damage ripping, tearing of the garment. If a garment is too tight the bum or leg seams may rip with general wear. This is not a faulty garment. we do not cover any form of return for damage caused by the consumer * Items that have inside or outside tags removed will not be refunded. * Stained or soiled items - makeup, fake tan, perfume scent, etc. * Late returns. *Read the full wash care labels on your garments on how to care for your product as we do not offer exchange or refund if you wash your garment incorrectly.
FAULTY ITEMS As part of our committed quality control processes, all of our garments are closely examined as we pack them. If however, you accidentally receive a faulty product please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order with images. Please do not wear the garment as it will NOT be accepted for a return. only items that are unworn and unused can be returned.
DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE ON UNDERWEAR
Due to the current global pandemic of COVID19 and increased pressure on our postal services we recommend that you use a traceable method to register or record your return parcel to us. we cannot issue an exchange or refund until we receive the returned goods. Any costs associated with the return or exchange of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
